Computer problems don't always occur during normal business hours. That is why we are always ready for anything and willing to be at your location at a moment's notice. The big guys don't do anything like this and we come to you in all emergencies.

What constitutes an emergency?

An emergency is any service done outside of our normal business hours or on national holidays that is not scheduled in advance with CR InfoTek or when we need to reschedule existing appointments in order to respond to an emergency situation as requested by the client.

What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 7 am to 8 pm, with Saturdays by appointment.

What is the pricing for emergency support?

We charge $200 an hour for emergency support and require the first hour upfront before touching any equipment. In the event that the service call moves into normal business hours and there is no interference with existing appointments you will be charged the normal service rate for those hours.

Why does emergency support cost so much?

Emergency support is so costly because of all the scheduling conflicts involved. If an appointment is scheduled ahead of time it will not incur emergency pricing even if it is outside of normal business hours.
